Group Coaching Programme 2022

Running our lives can be a challenging experience - with so much to think about and so much to do . In an uncertain and fast-paced world, we need to be resilient, focussed and determined to get through each week, whilst achieving our longer term goals.

We may well be managing our time, our finances, our health, our homes, our families, our customers, our colleagues, our boss etc. But how well do you manage yourself and mindset? How do you work through challenges, stay resilient, get things done and meet your important goals?

Together with Kate Bonsall-Clarke, of People Who Thrive, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and certified coach, we will guide a small group of you through these challenges, enabling you to develop a positive, productive and resilient mindset.

Combining the latest research, coaching techniques and our own coaching experience, we will help you to:

  • Identify and work through your personal challenges

  • Understand your drivers, values and strengths

  • Set and work towards clear business and personal goals

  • Recognise and challenge the thoughts, feelings and behaviours which can sabotage you, such as procrastination, over-pleasing, perfectionism, lack of concentration, low energy or working too many hours.

These small group sessions (maximum 10 people) will provide you with support, an opportunity to tap into each others’ experiences, networks, resources and opportunities, with an added sense of shared accountability which will help you reach your goals. 

In short, we will help you to be the best boss to yourself that you could be!

Values are who we are. Not who we would like to be, not who we think we should be, but who we are in our lives, right now.

They represent our unique and individual essence, our ultimate and most fulfilling form of expressing and relating.

Our values serve as a compass pointing out what it means to be true to oneself.

When we honour our values on a regular and consistent basis, life is good and fulfilling.

We will help you clarify and explore your values and learn how to use them to navigate through life.
